The space
Gather around the large quartz kitchen peninsula for a nice home cooked meal. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need featuring a double oven and a large fridge for those extended stays. Also centrally located for any take-out deliveries you crave.

Guest access
Guests can park in the driveway (1 spot) or on the quiet cul-de-sac street.

Entrance to the suite is located along the side of the house and up a few stairs. The pool and hot tub are located in the backyard up approx 10 more stairs.

Other things to note
Additional guests over 5 are permitted for a fee.

Access to the hot tub is year round between the hours of 11am to 9pm.

Access to the pool and BBQ are only available during the summer season April-September 11am-9pm (times can be flexible based on your schedule).

No parties or large gatherings (sports teams) will be permitted. Host lives on the property.

This is a quiet neighbourhood. To respect our neighbours, there is no loud music allowed outside*

To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, quiet hours inside are from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Pets must be discussed in advance. Pets cannot be left in the suite for extended periods unsupervised (aka Sun Peaks trips). Pet fee applies.
