Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.
Come enjoy Breckenridge for all the right reasons. Private room and bath in a 3 bedroom Condo. Full use of the club house which has an indoor and out door hot tub and pool. Walk to town in 10 minutes. Across the street from the rec center, bike path, fishing on the blue river and endless hiking out the back behind the club house. Walk to the grocery store, gondola restaurants, etc. Equipt with wifi and a smart tv this room is great, but the true value of this room is outside of it.

The space
We are pleased to supply our guests with a variety of essentials to elevate the comfort and value of our home. The property comes stocked with a generous supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, air freshener, daily shower cleaner, designated make up towels), kitchen products (a variety of cleaning supplies, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags), and complimentary locally roasted coffee.

Our tri-level townhouse is located in the highly coveted Claimjumper Condominium complex. The free shuttle bus stop that takes you to and from the ski resort and downtown is only steps away. It is also only a short five to ten minute walk to the skate park, recreation center, paved bike path, the blue river, local shops and restaurants, and so much more.

When you enter the townhome, you will find a beautifully appointed living/dining area with a large screen TV, electric ambient fireplace, and comfortable seating for the whole family. The open concept living/kitchen and dining area is a wonderful space for entertaining and spending time together as a family. The outdoor patio is located directly off of the living room. It's the perfect spot of morning coffee or afternoon happy hour.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the entire family. The dining area just off of the kitchen has seating for eight.

The main level also has a full bathroom, laundry room, and a nice mudroom with plenty of space for gear storage.

The master bedroom is located on the entire third level of the house. It has a queen size bed, work desk, large walk-in closet, ambient fireplace and en suite bathroom.

The second and third bedrooms are located on the second level of the home. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, reading area, ambient fireplace, and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen size beds. The fourth full bathroom is located in the hallway just outside of the third bedroom.

When we tell you that this place is spacious, we mean it! The bedding configuration makes it the perfect choice for multiple couples or families with adult children. Of course, it is a great place for families with little tikes as well who will surely enjoy the heated pool and board games.

Extra perks of the house include incredibly beautiful photography wall art throughout, a full-size washer/dryer, and a variety of board games.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked storage closets throughout the property.

Other things to note
The property does not have air conditioning. We always encourage opening the windows to allow the cold mountain air to cool the property down at the end of the day.

Our townhouse is less than five minutes from historic, downtown Breckenridge where you will find an array of great dining and shopping experiences. Breckenridge is filled with creative little treasures that you will discover around every corner. Entertainment options are plentiful with lots of talented, local bands, the Breckenridge Backstage Theater, and more. Once you have enjoyed the liveliness of downtown, retreat back to Phat Chad's Tavern that is nestled in a very quiet wooded neighborhood just on the very outskirts of the hustle and bustle.

Hello Chad here! I have lived in Colorado since 95’. I moved here from Minnesota to pursue my passion of the outdoors. I own and run Academy Snowboards as well as I am your host. I spend my time with my dogs and taking advantage of everything Breck has to offer. My favorite thing about this place is its just close enough to town to walk to, across the street from the Rec Center/River as well as easy to get in and out of town when you need to.
