3BR 2BA Escape to Agate Pass Retreat enjoy water views and beach access. From the deck relax and watch marine traffic pass through the very active Agate Pass waterway between Suquamish and Bainbridge Island. Long walks on the beach finding sea-glass and seashells while looking for otters and eagles. Near Bainbridge, Poulsbo. 15 minutes to either Kingston Ferry or Bainbridge Ferry (Seattle day trip). Near Kiana Lodge, Heronswood Garden and Kingston House weddings.

The space
Settle in and truly enjoy the Pacific Northwest (PNW). One way is to kickoff your stay by relishing locally caught seafood and shellfish by visiting local seafood purveyors (list of local businesses at the house).

This charming house was originally designed as a Parsonage in 1963 still with its original wood floors. Wake up to stunning rises with a cup of coffee on the Deck or in the Sun Room. We look South over Agate Pass towards Bainbridge Island.

***PLEASE NOTE***: The downstairs is a separate unit and is occupied by a full-time resident and not included with the rental. There is no guest access to the walk-out basement, or the garage.

Full size kitchen with all the necessities for a great home cooked meal. Cleanliness is a top priority, providing you with fresh hotel quality linens. Free Wi-Fi.

Cable TV in the living room. TVs in living room and 2 bedrooms are smart TVs and you can login to your Netflix or other streaming account.

Please note- neither the front or back yard is fenced. Guests have access to the front yard and the back yard for themselves or pets but the yard is unfenced. The front deck (which is accessed off the living room) is for guests (the rear deck is closed for now). The back yard can be accessed by walking between the garage and sport court (the lower patio is for full-time resident)... lots of room for dogs/kids.

BEACH ACCESS: We are steps away from Old Man House Park, a public SANDY beach and park with a fire pit, grill, and grassy area. A great place to launch your kayak. Enjoy one of the few sandy beaches in the area and watch your kiddos make sandcastles. Walk North on the beach towards Suquamish Dock grab a burger at Sully's or groceries at the local market

Every effort has been made to create a welcoming and comfortable space for guests, with an eye for design that both looks and feels good. Having said that, this is an OLD HOUSE with quirks and some patina.
