Located in a quiet, private community with shared lake access just a 2-minute walk away—perfect for swimming and unwinding. Relax in the year-round hot tub with a glass of wine or your favorite beverage after a day of exploring.

The space
Charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath cottage featuring a covered, year-round outdoor hot tub for up to 6 people—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Just a short 0.1-mile walk brings you to a scenic swimming beach.

Inside, enjoy an open kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings, a skylight, dishwasher, and cozy gas fireplace. A bonus patio room just off the living area offers a peaceful spot to sip your morning coffee or tea.

Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TVs (bring your app logins) and clothing storage. The primary bedroom also includes a sound machine for restful sleep.

The home accommodates up to 6 adults (no children). Smoking is not permitted indoors, and animals of any kind are not allowed.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cottage, outdoor space, covered year round hot tub and community lake access points.

Other things to note
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and community by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours 10pm-7am. Excessive noise or disturbances are not permitted. See safety section of listing for information on noise monitoring devices.

Seasonal Amenities: Outdoor furniture and the fire table are available from May through October (weather permitting).

Lake Access: Guests have access to a small, rocky shoreline in our private community. Swim shoes are highly recommended for comfort and safety. Personal floats are welcome, but fishing is not permitted in this area.

Gas fireplace will be available for use during fall/winter months only.

Air Conditioning: A portable AC unit will be provided from May through October.

Lake Escape is a cozy cottage within the Crystal Beach Community, a group of smaller cottages along the east side of Canandaigua Lake, with community-only access to the lake for swimming, paddle boarding, or kayaking. A boat launch is just minutes away. The area is a quiet, walkable neighborhood with a restaurant and grocery/deli near the cottage. The greater Canandaigua area has many attractions, including the CMAC music venue, wineries, craft breweries, state parks, a water park, farmer's markets, biking and hiking trails. Bristol Mountain Ski Area is only 27 minutes away.
