Relax in this tranquil and spacious vacation home with the entire family and/or friends. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch the deer graze in front of you. The home is close to Bass Lake (3.4mi Forks Resort) and Yosemite National Park (19.6mi South Entrance). Restaurants and groceries at Oakhurst are just 4.5mi away. Close enough for easy access, far enough to enjoy the peaceful mountain setting. Please inquire about RV & Boat parking.

The space
DeerHavn has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bath and sits on 1.9acres. All bedrooms are on the second floor. One bathroom is in the master bedroom and a second bathroom on the second floor. The half bath is in a hallway on the main floor.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a roll-away memory foam bed. The second and third bedrooms have queen sized beds.
There's a family room with a sofa bed and a couch. The room also has a wood burning fireplace insert for those that enjoy the glow and warmth it brings.
The living room has an L-shaped sofa, as well as a couple of recliner chairs. There's also an electric fireplace insert to enjoy while sipping coffee/tea or reading a book to relax.
Books, puzzles and games are available for wholesome family entertainment.

The kitchen has an induction stove top and electric oven. It has a full-size french door fridge w/ bottom freezer. Pot, pans and utensils are available to cook for your family gatherings. Toaster, blender and coffee maker are also available.
There's an 8-seat dining table in the main dining area. A 6-seat table and 3 counter chairs are next to the kitchen. A glass door opens out to the deck where a 4-seat table
is available to enjoy the outdoors.

There's a 55" Monitor in the living room that you can connect to your streeaming service. A 55" TV in the family room and a 32" TV in the master bedroom.

Wi-fi is available throughout the house. It's provided by Vyve Broadband at 105Mbps/10Mbps service. This free service is proivided without any guarantees.

We price DeerHavn's nightly rate lower in order to accommodate smaller parties (up to 6 guests). We charge a fee of $15 per additional guest to help offset the costs associated with hosting more guests. Only the registered number of guest are allowed on the property.
