Very private and safe neighborhood

Christine was an absolute pleasure to stay with. I got up early to enjoy her deck in the back facing the bayou. I sat there enjoying a coffee listening to the birds singing. Absolutely amazing! Christine was fabulous, making sure that I had everything I needed.
When I arrived at after 9pm, after travelling for 8 days on the road, Christine's greeting was a welcomed sight! My room was spacious and at the front of the house with lots of privacy. As a teacher, I do schoolwork all year long, and I was able to use the dining room table to complete several school projects for next year.
Christine's home was absolutely amazing. Her home is located at the end of a quiet neighborhood and the bayou behind her home kept me mesmerized. Christine was very nice and accommodating and worked with my schedule to make sure that I was able to arrive at her home when my schedule allowed. Her home was very nice and comfortable and while my stay was short it was very easy to be comfortable. I highly recommend her home to others and would love to stay with her on future trips.
Christine is an amazing host! The house is located in a very safe area, close to highway and mall. The house has a patio with an amazing view to a waterway for kayakers. Terrific! If I go back to Florida I will totally go back to her place. I highly recommend this place.
I stayed with Christine for 5 days in May and it was absolutely amazing. Christine is a very accommodating host who immediately made me feel at home. I usually travel light, so I didn't have any beach towels, beach chairs and even sun screen, but I was really taken care of and Christine lent me some of her own.
The house is nice, too. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, right on some small river (basically you will have access to the river from the backyard, which is something, especially if you're into kayaking).
Christine is very knowledgeable about the area, so you will never be bored, even if you don't know what to do there yourself!
All in all, a very pleasant experience. Christine even made me coffee and fruit shakes in the morning!
This was my first time using AirBNB and Christine made sure my experience was amazing!
First of all, she was able to accommodate me pretty much on the same day when I sent a request. She stayed on the phone with me providing directions while I was driving (sorry Christine, I am not very good with directions! lol). She made sure I had everything that I could possibly need during my stay. She cooked me a delicious breakfast in the morning. But most importantly, she went above and beyond with her hospitality by taking me along with her to check out the Art District of St.Pete where she volunteers at multiple venues! I was able to visit Morean Arts Gallery and Damon Fowler concert at Palladium with her! Definitely not your typical touristy experience!
Christine’s house is very cozy and tastefully decorated, and her backyard with the bayou is just so beautiful and peaceful. There were a lot of butterflies and even a raccoon!
Christine’s house is located about 25-30 minute drive away from the beaches and downtown St. Pete. There is a Walgreens, 7/11 and a grocery store nearby. The neighborhood feels very safe.
Christine is a very caring and attentive hostess and treats you like a old friend, not just a tenant. Thank you Christine! I would stay at your place again in a heartbeat.
