This spacious master bedroom located in a resort-like, upscale building which includes a king size bed, private bathroom, high speed wireless Internet connection, Apple TV box, DVD player, plenty of storage space, view and includes access of the pool and jacuzzi ( W/SW sun from 10 to Sunset), free access to the fitness center (that is temporarily out of service due to renovations until The end of February 2015),patio and one FREE PARKING space in covered garage. Living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen. This apartment is located in the Miracle Mile area, right next to Museum row, walking distance to Melrose, Farmers Market/ Grove, 5 min drive to Beverly Hills, 5 min drive to the Hollywood district, 20 min to Venice Beach (depends on traffic), 20 min to Downtown (depends on traffic), 25 min drive to LAX (depends on traffic).
We can help you to discover the city in the most enjoyable way knowing that I (Romain) am a professional tour guide and Anesha is a Los Angeles native. We speak English and French fluently.
To protect all parties involved all bookings must be made through the Airbnb site. My guests get one key of the house and one key of their room, so they are free to come and go when ever they want. Access to the house is for paying guests only. You are not permitted to invite people to your room or to the house. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please treat the apartment as if it's your home, not a hotel. To make sharing comfortable for everyone, clean up after yourself and don't leave dishes in the sink :-)
Please let me know if you break or stain anything, so it can be replaced in time for the following guests.
Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was massive and wifi was fast. Location was convenient for accessing the major attractions (especially if one drove). We arrived at midnight and Romain stayed up to wait for us and gave us a brief tour of his apartment and its facilities. The garage was an added bonus and much appreciated. Would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at Romain's. Romain is a great easy going guy and he made sure we had a comfortable stay. There is enough privacy and space in our bedroom. Really love the secured free parking and access to the pool and gym. The apartment is upscale and one block from the museums, great location.
We had a really Nice Time in Romain's place. The appartment is well Located. You have your own Space with a californian King Size bed in a lovely bedroom and a private bathroom.
If you like learning different things about the US, speak with Romain who is very interesting.
If you love Pancake, you just have to walk two minutes door to door to have a delicious breakfast.

Romain is a very friendly host! His listing is accurate, the location of his apartment very nice and the parking spot very convenient too for those travelling by car. We had a great time in LA!
We had a great stay with Romain and Anesha. The private room and bath were nice, clean and spatious. The location is great, and both Romain and Anesha were very hospitable and helpful with tips and tricks about were to go and what to do. We would definitely stay here again.
