Welcome, to this breathtaking southern charm estate situated on over 3 acres that backs up to the Caloosahatchee River. The house is a true gem inside with upscale furnishings & paintings. ***Now open for events to be held on the property such as weddings, family reunions, corporate events, etc.. There will be an extra fee for a special event, just inquire with your details to receive a quote. Truly a perfect Paradise set-up for any occasion.
The space
Beautiful home consisting of 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, Pool-heated, Spa-heated, boat dock, kayaks, beach wagon/chairs/cooler/towels, pool floats, pool table, scooters...
Feel the grandness as you descend down the long driveway lined with white fencing, passing the horse stables, and entering the luscious gardens to include; oak trees covered in moss and fruit trees like mango, avocado, cherry, papaya, lemon, just to name a few.
Entering the home there are beautiful white stairs leading up to the front door as the main living area is on the 2nd floor to include the master bedroom/bathroom, office with a balcony, living room, dining room with a balcony, kitchen, breakfast dining room, bunk bedroom, laundry room and outside screened veranda. The screened veranda is across the entire back with access from the master bedroom, living room and bunk bedroom with a spiral staircase that leads you to the pool area.
The downstairs can be accessed from the front door, garage or pool patio area. You're going to be delighted to find a pool table, small refrigerator, Keurig, snacks, TV and a family room to include a queen sofa bed. There are two bedrooms as follows; first the Africa bedroom includes 2 queen beds, TV and it's own bathroom. Next, is the Bohemian bedroom to include, queen bed, TV and it's very own bathroom as well.
The pool area will surely please you with it's view of the river and beautiful scrubs lining the pool area to include; heated pool/spa, fire-pit, several lounges, tables and chairs. There is also access to; the fenced in back yard for your kids, the boat dock, garage, downstairs family room and a spiral staircase that leads up to the 2nd floor veranda area.
Bird Island as we call it, is located straight across the river where hundreds of egrets and ibis land for the night as they sing their night settling song.
***Now open for events to be held on the property such as weddings, family reunions, corporate events, etc..... There will be an extra fee for a special event, just inquire with your details to receive a quote. Truly a perfect Paradise set-up for any occasion.
***Note- Heating the Pool/Spa is an extra charge $50 per 8 hours per day and $100 for 16 hours per day November-April.
NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE AT ALL.

You will have full access to the property except the pool/spa controls, elevator and Owners closet.
