Other things to note
🚫 No Elevator – 3rd floor.

🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and directly outside the building.

👶 Pack & Play – Available for $50 per stay. Must be requested 24–48 hours in advance so it’s ready upon arrival.

🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. The building’s pipes are very old, and even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs.

🅿️ Parking – Off-site parking is available for $40-60/night (very limited availability) and is about a 5 minute walk from the property. (Rates may vary during events or holidays.) You can also find and reserve parking through the SpotHero app. 🚗 Garage parking is also available at the Prudential Center and Copley Place Mall.

🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests.

🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set.

🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification.

🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting.

📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days.

🏥 Medical Stays – For guests staying for medical or hospital-related reasons, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate.
