Plan your next vacation in this luxurious villa. It’s prime location is steps from Hilton Head’s iconic lighthouse, marina, shops and restaurants. There are only 9 villas in the this building. This unit is on the top floor on the end closest to the marina. If you are familiar with Harbour Town, Mariner’s Way is located between the live oak trees on the sandy playground and the Crazy Crab.

The space
This fully renovated villa is warm and welcoming. Our villa boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and beachy decor with updated furniture and white walls throughout. Den has large flat screen TV, a sofa, loveseat and a comfortable chair for plenty of seating. There is also a large desk with 2 stools.

The dining area opens to a fully equipped kitchen with all new quartz countertops and cabinets. Dining table seats four and island has three counter stools.

This fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa features a bright coastal design with updated furniture and finishes throughout.

The top-floor end-unit location near the marina provides added privacy and a quieter experience. The open living area includes a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating with a sofa, loveseat, and chair. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk and stools.

The kitchen has been fully updated with quartz countertops and new cabinetry. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for three at the island.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom and two Twin XL beds in the guest room, which are longer than standard twins and comfortable for adults. A twin air mattress is also available, allowing the home to accommodate up to five guests. Both bedrooms include TVs and new mattresses.

Enjoy your private balcony with views of Harbour Town activity, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a full day.

Guests have full access to the entire villa.

Your stay includes access to the Harbour Town Pool. Beach Club access is also available and is approximately a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride away.

A seasonal free trolley stops right next to the building, making it easy to get around Sea Pines without worrying about parking.

There are reserved parking spots for Mariners Way guests, along with additional parking nearby. Luggage carts are available under the building for easy check-in.

Other things to note
o pets are allowed under any circumstances.

A Sea Pines gate pass is required and is approximately $20 per vehicle for up to one week.

Most of the year requires a 3 night minimum stay.

Beach Club parking restrictions may be in place during peak times due to demand.
