Spacious and bright 120 sqm / 1290 sqft apartment with quality finish. High and ornate ceilings. Corner regal house facing south, sunlight gets through large windows all day. Elevator.

Four exterior double bed rooms; one room with king size bed, other big room with two queen size beds and two other rooms with two individual beds each. Living room with comfortable double sofa, table and tv. Large kitchen with dining table. Two bathrooms (shower and bath tub). 5 Balconies with views. Maximum capacity 12 people.

Apartment recently renovated for touristic or business guests, provided with every convenience to make your stay comfortable:

Transportation to and from the flat is easy and convenient. Across street is Paral.lel metro station with green line 3 and purple line 2 and many buses. Good connections to the airport, it is two stops by metro from Plaza España, where it is located the Barcelona Fair and the Aerobus stop to the airport.

It is in a walking distance from most touristic places: Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Gothic quarter, the cruise station, Montjuic, Poble Espanyol, Miro Museum .

Traditional food markets in the area: Mercado de San Antonio, Boqueria. All kind of restaurants from the most popular to the very sophisticated are in the area: Ferran Adriá’s 41º restaurant and Tickets tapas bar, emblematic Moritz brewery …As well pharmacies, grocery stores, banks…

Apartment was perfectly clean once we got in. The place was for a group of 11 people. Some of us were sharing beds but everyone had a comfortable to sleep in. The rooms are spacious as described. Patios are small but nice to get outside for drinking coffee in the morning. Place was full of people but never seemed to be over crowded. Only problem was that are 2 restrooms, so if you are a big group be mindful of each other time :p The location was good too: close to bus/metro stations and walking distance to Las Ramblas. Overall would definitely would recommend for a big group looking for a good looking place in a prime location at a reasonable price.

We felt so taken care of, got s lot of good tips in the city and so good service! And the apartment was perfect, especislly to larger groups, such a perfect location and large and nice rooms. We could not have been more satisfied with thid place!

My friends and I went to Barcelona for a group holiday and couldn't be more satisfied with "stay together". The apartment is big and very well taken care of. Very clean. Fantastic location, metro stop just outside the house and lots of offer at a walking distance. Andrea was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Nice huge apartment. Next to a metro station. 10-15 min walk to the main landmarks in Barcelona. Very nice and flexible hosts. A bit loud, but what can you expect from an apartment at one of the main streets of a lively city like Barcelona.

What you see is what you get here, images are exact replicas of the apartment, We were a group of four so each one of us had their own room, and plenty of space! Location is sweet 10min walking distance from La rambla and 15 from the gothic quarter making this place ideal, Moreover, they don't talk about the awesome welcome you get when you check in they even gave us a lot of tips on where to go and how to go about it

Let us introduce ourselves: Hector takes care of reservations, check in and touristic information. Jose: maintenance. Alvaro and Nati accounting and supplies. Mitica and Marinela are in charge of cleaning.

Our interests include good food, cultural events, museums and sightseeing around Barcelona. We also enjoy travelling abroad and learning about different cultures.

In June 2012 we start renting two apartments and now we manage 11 tourist aparments in the same building. This corner building is well situated and there is a metro station at the door as well as numerous buses. There are many restaurants, bars and theatres in the surrounding area and major tourist attractions are nearby. They have been renovated and furnished to a high standard and are equipped with everything needed for comfortable living.

We have a tourist office in the same building open from 10 to 18 hrs. We are available on the phone 24/7 for emergencies. We will endeavour to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are proud of what our city has to offer and look forward to meeting you.
