This loft is just 2 blocks away from Mayo Clinic! With 5 luxurious bed/3.5 bath & a fully equipped kitchen, this loft can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The pool table is a great way to unwind after a long day, while the office area provides a quiet place to get work done. It is a perfect blend of luxury and urban, with sleek & modern furnishings and high-end finishes throughout. No elevator.

The space
This is a beautiful urban loft filled with natural light. Three bedrooms are in the main area where the main kitchen, studio/office pool table and large open living room. There are two sets of washer and dryers. The other two bedrooms are down the hallway and features it own kitchen, living room and full bathroom.
Guests have private access to the entire 2nd floor loft, parking spot in garage, & 1 parking spot in lot.

The entire 2nd floor loft is for guests to use.
Guests will have to climb 18 stairs to gain access to the second floor loft.
