Ceramic mosaics, surrounded by big oaks w/ views. A rare Airbnb w/ original art. There are NO allergen, or dirt infested carpets, all tile & wood w/ plaster walls. Plastic people won't like this place. Walk to restaurants, brewpubs, stores, library, and parks. Covered carport parking in a very quiet neighborhood. River trails and bike paths are just minutes away. The EMX is a ten-minute walk away.

The space
Check the photos to see this is an incomparable house--with ceramic mosaics, a copper/tin living room ceiling, vaulted wood kitchen ceiling nestled in a mature oak grove/forest with views.

--The house has extensive tile work and is free of plastic and mold, dirt-filled carpets. There is 850 square feet of space.

There are 2 bedrooms; with queen size beds and memory foam mattresses. The living room has a foldable memory foam mattress-- as does BR 2 that can be converted into an office w/ a couch.

PLEASE NOTE***** The house has an open design and the bedrooms do NOT have doors. Just curtains for privacy.

When you stay at my place you'll be staying in places that I worked on for years. You will be renting directly from the person who did the carpentry, wired the place, plastered the walls, and smashed the tile and cemented it all to the walls and floors. My mind designed it and my hands were on everything. So more than just getting paid I hope that someone appreciates my work.
Even though I love my house I got tired of Oregon and I have been spending most of my time in the Italian Alps for the last several years. So you can be a guest in my house while perhaps I will be an Airbnb guest wandering around the world somewhere.
