Let's start with the most important >> Location, location, location, location! Front row or NO row in our humble opinion.
There's just nothing better than opening your bedroom door and walking right on the sand for your beach vacation.
Our home is also less than a mile away from the center of Surf City right on the beach! You can easily walk from the house to the main hub of action in Surf City by the pier! Take a walk, visit the pier, grab a taco bowl at Shaka Taco. All of that and more is within walking distance.

☀ FAMILY FIRST AMENITIES ☀
We bought this home for our own young boys and other multi-generational families with kids in particular!
As anyone knows with littles, you drag everything to the beach, set it all up, only to have your little one say "mommy I have to go potty!" Not at the Seaglass Lookout! Whether calling the family in for lunch from the top balcony or sitting in the hot tub watching the little ones make sandcastles.
Our home also comes with 3 pack n play's, a high chair, and a built in swinging gate for the top of the stairs. Plus lots and lots of books, toys, puzzles, beach toys, etc.
☀ BEACH LIFE ☀
The beach is our happy place. We spend majority of our vacation on the sand and in the water.
You'll find 10+ Tommy Bahama & Nautica beach chairs, multiple boogie boards, 2 beach umbrellas, more sand toys than you know what to do with, and more in the car port to have as much fun as we do! And especially if you don't want to bring your own beach gear!
☀ WELL-STOCKED + BELOVED HOME ☀
Beach house of our dreams. We searched and searched until we found our multi-generational family perfect fit!
Two master bedrooms (on separate floors for us & grandparents/friends), room for the kids with full size mattresses in the bunk bed, and our 4th room with a queen mattress. Each room has its own balcony and floor to ceiling windows/doors to look out! Every room also comes equipped with multiple quilts/comforters, pillows, mounted smart tvs, dressers, and more.
We also INCLUDE an Interior Linen Package for all stays which includes bedroom sheet sets, bath towel sets, a bathmat for each bathroom, and a kitchen towel set (we do not include beach towels at present but can help you rent them if you need them!).
The kitchen has over 800+ pieces (we counted in our latest deep clean!)! Stocked with multiple coffee makers (keurig included), blender, mixing bowls, crock pot, rice cooker, utensils, seafood tool set for those yummy boils, cups, spirit glasses, cutting boards, knives, pots, pans, pyrex, etc. Literally everything you might need to host an over-the-top Thanksgiving dinner - we've done it!
We leave TONS of kitchen provisions in the cabinets (i.e. salt, pepper, oil, honey, spices, coffee pods, tea packets, etc) and also encourage a "pay-it-forward" kitchen policy. Feel free to leave behind any fresh food items or provisions for the next family to enjoy as a bonus to their stay!
When the weather doesn't shine or there's a red flag at the beach, we still have things for your family to do! Spend some time relaxing in the hot tub or check out the downstairs closet for games, puzzles, books, and magazines to choose from!
☀ FASTEST WIFI FOR REMOTE WORK ☀
We try our hardest not to work while at the Seaglass Lookout but we did make sure that we got the FASTEST internet speed the island has to offer when we've had to. Smart TVs running in each room and Zoom meetings are no problem whatsoever in case you were wondering.

We LOVE our home sooo much and we know you will too! We are committed as newer AirBnB hosts to provide the best experience possible for you and your family. We are constantly staying at the property ourselves and making improvements and enhancements each time we stay. If there's anything we can do, provide, or enhance during your stay, please let us know!
☀ OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED ☀
We recommend purchasing private traveler's insurance as we do not offer refunds for cancellations outside of our policy. Hurricane season runs from June 1st -November 30 in NC with most activity in September and October. Trip interruption insurance (travel insurance) is highly recommended during these months but a great idea no matter when you come for extra peace of mind!
