Relax in this beautifully designed two-level mountain condo at the base of Canyons. This family-friendly home has been thoughtfully designed, blending modern chic with a cozy rustic mountain feel, including vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and a stone fireplace.

Located a short walk to the Cabriolet lift, there is no better starting point for your mountain adventures. Return home for a comfortable evening by the fire and your own private patio for grilling and taking in the views.

The space
The main floor centers around the stone fireplace and vaulted living room ceilings with exposed wood beams to provide a relaxing space for the entire family. The private balcony is located off the living room, with an outdoor sofa, table, and grill for relaxing outside and soaking up nature - one of the few RedPine units quaintly perched aback the golf course.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the amenities of home, including high-end appliances: a full-size oven, stove, build-in microwave, and full-size dishwasher. We offer coffee and tea varieties, including both an automated drip coffee machine for the early-bird bunch and pour-over set-up for the perfect brew.

The master bedroom, en suite bathroom, and laundry are also located on the main floor.

The second floor features custom made built-in bunkbeds for the whole family - featuring two queens on bottom and two twin beds on top with centered steps for easy and safe access. A second full bathroom is also located upstairs.

An office & playroom nook for the little ones is located off of the second-floor bedroom, with an open loft feel overlooking the living room.

We have a newly installed ductless AC unit in the living room that quickly cools down the condo on hot summer days. We also offer a portable AC unit that can be used to kick-start cooling down the upstairs bedroom until the cooler evening breeze sets in.

Our RedPine unit comfortably hosts families or parties of 6, with the option to sleep up to 8 people for larger parties. You’ll love relaxing up in the Wasatch mountains enjoying everything Park City has to offer.

Guest access
The Clubhouse is open to all guests and has the following amenities:

-Pools
-Hot tubs
-Sauna
-Tennis courts (code 2025)
-Volleyball courts
-Pickle ball courts (two far courts)
-Laundry (backup to in-condo laundry)

Clubhouse hours are 10 am - 9 pm.

The pools and hot tubs are open from June to Labor Day (early September) and from Thanksgiving to mid April (close of ski season). The tennis and volleyball courts are open in the Summer only.

Alcohol is prohibited at the clubhouse. Please be respectful of clubhouse rules and employees.

Other things to note
The clubhouse and related amenities (pool and hot tubs) are CLOSED for renovation the following dates:

April 16th to Friday Before Memorial Weekend (End of May)
Day After Labor Day (Beginning of Sept.) through Thanksgiving

RedPine Complex has a strict no smoking policy. Please be courteous of quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM). No Parties. Alcohol is prohibited at the clubhouse. Violation of complex rules may result in loss of clubhouse access and additional fees.


Please do not climb or play on bunk beds. Host is not liable for injury resulting from misuse.

We are located at the base of Canyons, below the condo-hotel style Canyons Village. There are paths for walking and a bike path that leads to Old Town. There is a coffee shop, basic Mart, and restaurants located in Canyons Village, just a short walk up-hill or quick ride on the Cabriolet Lift. The canyons village shuttle operates frequently, and public transit to Old Town or the Outlets/Olympic Park is available free of charge.
