The space
Discover tranquility at “Woody” Tiny Home, a cozy mountain getaway tucked within the Sims Mountain, only minutes from the famed Pinhoti Trail. With a hot tub, fire pit, and easy access to nearby hiking trails, this cozy getaway is ideal for relaxation or adventure.

We are away from it all, so cell phone reception is unreliable, and service may be unavailable for certain providers. Unplug and enjoy the great outdoors! For those who need it, HIGH SPEED INTERNET is available in the house.

The open-concept space includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with an ice maker, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig and drip coffee machines, Magic Bullet blender, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, as well as salt, pepper, and oil.

A full-size bed with cozy linens, closet space, and easy access to the bathroom as it attached to this space.

➤ Bathroom 1 (En Suite)

A full bathroom attached to bedroom 1 with a shower, sink with storage, fresh towels, 1 towel and 1 washcloth per guest, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries provided.

A cozy loft with a queen bed, Smart TV, and plenty of games and books. Ceiling height is 4 feet.

Hi! Seth and Emmye are hosts for unique homes atop Lookout Mountain. In 2018, we went on an adventure to fine our first home and job after college. The first tiny home we stayed in made us fall in love with this area, community, and a new concept of living.
