Anthony is a great host. He was kind and friendly and really informative about local bars and things to do. It is a great flat and a really perfect spot to be based for a trip to New York.
Anthony's a fantastic guy and has a very cool apartment in my favorite neighborhood in NY (Ft. Greene). He's a great host, and generously stayed up until 2am to let me in when my flight was delayed 3+ hours. I really appreciated this gesture (especially given the snow storm!) and would gladly stay with him again. Thanks, Anthony!
I stay at Anthony beautiful apartment in December till January for about 3 weeks. The location was perfect. I was able to access all parts of NYC by subway.
The APT is very cozy and the room was comfortable.
Anthony was very helpful, I left New York City with many happy memories with a new brother Anthony although the American Airline lost my luggage....
I really enjoyed my time at this cozy APT, I highly recommend it :)
Anthony was an excellent host. He's a very friendly and helpful guy. The apartment is clean and tidy, and every bit as cool as it looks in the photos. It's in a great neighbourhood, close to transport and great food. I'd definitely recommend staying here to my friends.
We had a nice stay at the loft. Excellent location, it was perfectly equiped and clean. Anthony and his roommates were very kind and helpfull.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Great start to my time in NY. Nice place, great people and great way to start here. For those who don't need an en suite and pointless luxury I would recommend over a hotel any day.
I didn't see Anthony much during my stay as I was out most of the time, but he seemed like a very nice guy and made me feel welcome. The apartment itself is lovely, and is in a good location. Everything was as advertised. I recommend Anthony and his apartment very highly.
Everything was like expexted. The appartement is huge, quiet and beautyful sunny in the afternoon. The rooftop is nice as well. Anthony is a very kind person and provided us with helpful informations and suggestions. If we make it to New York next time we definitely would be happy to stay in his
typical Brooklyn loft again. Thank you very much.

Staying at Anthony's loft, in the heart of Fort Greene, is the ultimate Brooklyn experience. The place is awesome — filled with light, spacious, clean, super intimate and independent rooms, great friendly vibe —, the neighborhood is awesome — dynamic and laid-back at the same time, historic and arty, remote enough to feel a bit like a perpetual weekender, with a fair amount of parks, wine merchants, hip bars and restaurants, etc. — and the host, Anthony, is awesome as well. A true gent, reliable and always available for a chat and glass of wine. Once you stayed there, I find it kinda hard to turn back to the usual Manhattan experience. I am in the process of becoming a fortgreener myself. Definitely.
Beautiful apartment, roommates, and neighborhood. I spent over a week at Anthony's while working in the city - he is a warm, welcoming, and interesting host with a great space to share. The rooftop is especially awesome.
