Once again, I had te best stay! The room was clean and tidy as always and exactly as pictured/as I remember it. Wendy is a fantastic host: Very friendly and full of useful information, always ready and willing to assist if needed. Thank yoU!
It was amazing. Wendy was a really nice and generous host. Thank you!
We were stayed 4 days in there. There was clean , tidy , location very good near by restaurant & supermarket. The host is ver helpful , told us many travel information. Highly recommend for all traveller.
I highly recommend this as place to stay. Gloria and Wendy were fantastic hosts; polite, friendly and ready to help whenever possible. The flat is in a superb location, ideal for exploring central Melbourne with great transport links taking you to the outer suburbs. The room is a decent size with plenty of clothes storage space and the flat is moderm and kept spotless with the additional bonus of a small gym downstairs. 10/10
A great little apartment in a fabulous central location. Spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet. Comfortable bed and plenty of clothes storage. Even had my own bathroom. I couldn't fault this place. My host was very friendly and informed me about nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, transport etc. Easy access to trams and trains, but most things I wanted were just a walk away. A lovely cafe just downstairs and heaps of cheap and good eateries nearby. I really enjoyed my stay in Melbourne and this BnB really contributed to it.
I recommend this place to everyone. I stayed there for 8 days, 7 nights with my Mom and I found the place really clean, nice, safe, fully equipped and affordable. Gloria was out of town but Wendy was able to accommodate us and so helpful as a host. The place is very strategic in Melbourne CBD, closed to Parliament station, China Town and cool little cafe's and restaurants in Melbourne lanes.
Thanks Gloria and Wendy for creating a good memory for me and my Mom during our stay in Melbourne. Whenever me, my family or my friends need a place to stay in Melbourne, I will definitely recommend your place.
This one is a recommended place! I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. Gloria was out of town, but I was hosted by her partner Wendy, who was very nice and helpful.
The unit is very nice, clean and tidy. It has got everything you need from toiletries, kitchen utensils, to heater (it's winter already). The unit is also close to everything, is just a couple blocks away from Melbourne Central (where you can find almost everything from foods to shops), Melbourne Museum, and just walking distance from the City Circle tram stop.
I hope someday I could stay here if I get the chance to visit Melbourne again. Thank you so much Gloria and Wendy :)

I don't think I will ever be able to find an affordable accommodation more perfect than this. The unit is really really tidy and clean. The room is decent-sized (bigger than the usual budget hotel rooms!), clean, and have almost all the basic stuff you'll need. I came from Canberra, so to me Melbourne's semi-winter weather is too warm. So the portable little fan inside the room is a life-saver. Guests get our own bathroom, which is nice. Hair-dryer, towel, soaps and mini heater are also available.
I really love the area around the apartment. There's a nice cafe (league of honest coffee) and a hip bar/lounge/restaurant (trunk) nearby. One night I came back around 12 midnight and there were still quite a lot of people passing by the area, so it didn't feel scary or unsafe to walk alone even at midnight. It took me less than 10 minutes walk to Swanston street.
Gloria was away, so I was hosted by her partner Wendy. She was nice and friendly.
I will definitely stay there again whenever I go to Melbourne, and will recommend it to my friends and family.
I SUPER-LOVE the apt! From the airport, take the Skybus and free transfer to the CBD or you can take the direct Starbus to the doorstep. The apt is located in one of Melbourne's many alleyways but its safe at night (there's a church nearby). It's very centralised so you are able to visit every corners of Melbourne as well as the neighbouring suburbs. Trams are situated within walking distance via La Trobe street or extra few minutes walk to Swanston Street. The bedroom is cosy for 1 person with drawers and hangers for your clothes. Heater is provided during winter. Your own private bathroom comes with a hot/cold shower, towels and soap. The host welcomes me to use the kitchen - so I did a bit of cooking occasionally for breakfast/dinner. In the evenings, I usually spent watching TV and munching snacks (and dirty the couch) with the host - I LOVEEE IT!
I would love to come and stay here again whenever I visit Melbourne. Thanks Wendy and Gloria :)
