This Victorian-style house was built in 1905 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The space
The Loft Victorienne, located on the second floor has a private entrance. The first floor will be home to the upscale La Vigne Wine Bar (opening in Spring, 2022)! As seen on HGTV's Hometown Kickstart, this Historic site is part of the community's Alley Loop project!
