5-10 minutes to the Highway (I-95) which will take you everywhere north to south in Rhode Island...and beyond....
15 minutes to T.F. Green Airport
Bus/ Public transportation options available both inbound to city center (Kennedy Plaza) and outbound (Roger Williams Park and Zoo). Also easy connections to Amtrak, T.F. Green as well as to Bristol and Newport...
Bus #20 will let you on/off at the end of the block...
15-30+ minutes to the best beaches in New England. Bristol RI, Newport, Watch Hill, Misquamicut... Tiverton, Four Corners, Horseneck...
Brown University, Roger Williams University, Johnson and Wales are very close by..

EFFECTIVE 01 JULY 2015. RHODE ISLAND STATE LAW HAS REQUIRED ALL SHORT TERM RENTAL PROPERTIES UNDER 30 DAYS TO COLLECT A 14% TAX. (7% STATE TAX, + 1% LOCAL TAX + 6% HOTEL TAX).
No smoking anywhere on site please.
We have an alarm and like to keep the house locked and alarmed at night or when no one is home. We will give you a key and personal code on your arrival and show you how it works...
If you have a car, please make your keys available as the overnight parking is in Tandem.

We can be flexible with check-in and check-out...
HOWEVER...the most ideal check-in would be after 4:30pm and before 10pm. Please remember we work during the week and late night check-ins make us grumpy... (still lovable, but grumpy)

Weekends are usually much more flexible.
We are a gay couple with three older girls who visit with us every other weekend. We tend to be over-cautious and try to keep only the days available that the girls are NOT staying with us.
The available dates are much more flexible in the summer vacation months as we can always swap the days to meet our (and your) schedule. For that reason, It is always better for us to reserve with us as many days in advance as possible.
We have two beautiful cats named Illy and Bustelo. They are a handful, but a lovable handful.
We like to travel and meet new people. I lived in Italy for five years and we return as often as possible. I would look forward to challenging my rusty Language skills.
I (Geoff) am currently working as a consultant for a few local architecture firms and my partner (Chris) works as a Human Services Coordinator for The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
We enjoy Providence and our neighborhood of Elmwood. We like to show it off to family and friends.
