Everything is great. The room smells good and the bed is super comfy. You can find all the amenities you need, including two lovely cats. Also, this place is very accessible to public transportation- a 5-minute walk to the bus station and a less than 15-minute bus ride to downtown Providence. Highly recommended!

It was a good experience. The house was cozy and clean ,and they had a really cute cat. The hosts also helped us a lot in suggesting places to visit and (URL HIDDEN) was well worth the money and we had a really nice time at RI.

Geoff andChris were wonderful hosts. Always provided us with a list of ideas to do for the day and then followed up at night asking how our day was. They opened their home with open arms and helped us with whatever we needed. The location was close to providence, Newport, and even cape cod! The surrounding area is trying to be built up but it houses many individuals that have been displaced from the city. Our hosts made us feel comfortable and safe with their security system and communication via cell phone.

I spent about 40 days at this location. WAY too long. The room was quite small, had no easy chair ( as I had inquired about ), but otherwise was fine. The house, too, is quite small, but not inconveniently so. Overall my hosts were welcoming and considerate. The only significant downside is that there are a lot of house-rules, most of them not unreasonable, but some a little over the top. I guess part of the problem is that any stay in a smallish house for 40 days is more than likely to raise issues between guest and hosts. I believe this B&B would be just fine for several days, and good value for money...

Great stay for a couple nights in a bedroom in a charming house in the Elmwood area of Providence. We Ubered over to visit our son at Brown - super easy to get around. Helpful and welcoming hosts, we felt very comfortable.

Geoff and Chris were fantastic hosts. They gave us wonderful recommendations for places to see and eat before we even showed up and gave us a lovely tour of their beautiful home. They keep a clean and cozy home and our room was private and exceeded expectations. They were honestly the perfect hosts -- we couldn't recommend them more enthusiastically. Everything you could expect from an airbnb was fulfilled, and a lot more than that was delivered.

Geoff and Chris were wonderful hosts! My significant other and I visited Providence for the first time and out trip was beyond expectations largely due to our hosts Geoff and Chris. Their house was both beautiful and comfortable. The check-in process was straightforward and Geoff and Chris were both very welcoming and personable. They were also more than willing to give recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and things to do in the town, which all turned out to be great suggestions, and were really helpful for a tourist in Providence. Their two cats were adorable and also really friendly - they warmed up to us after only a few minutes. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying here!

We are a gay couple with three older girls who visit with us every other weekend. We tend to be over-cautious and try to keep only the days available that the girls are NOT staying with us.

The available dates are much more flexible in the summer vacation months as we can always swap the days to meet our (and your) schedule. For that reason, It is always better for us to reserve with us as many days in advance as possible.

We have two beautiful cats named Illy and Bustelo. They are a handful, but a lovable handful.

We like to travel and meet new people. I lived in Italy for five years and we return as often as possible. I would look forward to challenging my rusty Language skills.

I (Geoff) am currently working as a consultant for a few local architecture firms and my partner (Chris) works as a Human Services Coordinator for The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

We enjoy Providence and our neighborhood of Elmwood. We like to show it off to family and friends.
