Rabbit Hill is minutes away from Grandfather, Sugar and Beech mountains, and conveniently located near Banner Elk and Linville. Enjoy the Wooly Worm Festival in October; golfing, hiking, rafting, fishing and other outdoor summer activities. Rabbit Hill has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and a pullout sofa, complete with a "cooks kitchen", fireplace and spectacular views of Grandfather Mtn. off the back deck.

Our Rabbit Hill Cottage is furnished with facilities to sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Rabbit Hill is a three bedroom house with two full baths. This includes a Master suite with king bed with French doors leading to the deck, a second bedroom with queen bed, and the third bedroom with two twin beds, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room. Rabbit Hill has a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room perfect for a large family. Our cottage is ideal for a family or friends weekend or week long getaway. The Rabbit Hill Cottage is also dog-friendly home, your 4-legged friends are welcome to join you for a small fee (2 dogs under 50lbs)

Included in the price of the rental is full access to the Linville Land Harbor Resort which includes golfing (18 holes), swimming (lake and junior Olympic Pool), fishing/canoeing (on the 45-acre lake), billiards, tennis courts, hiking trails, shuffleboard, and more. And if golf is your passion, you can access our other partner, the Mountain Glen Golf Club.

If you prefer to stay home, your kitchen is a fully equipped. The back deck has a million dollar view of Grandfather Mountain and will be a memory you will never forget. Adjacent to the house is our Christmas tree Farm.. Walk out the back door and enjoy the many grassy trails through thousands of Christmas trees and acres of adjacent woods.
