The space
The apartment occupies the entire first floor of the beautiful villa, quadriesposto, very fresh and ideal for the summer, but with sun until sunset.
The view is wonderful because it looks at the park and the lake, but also the country and the surrounding mountains.
The apartment consists of a large living room with sofa (eventuallyavailable as a sofa bed for 1/2 people, double bed 125 cm), balcony overlooking the park and lake, table with chairs, armchairs and piano.
A large kitchen with a large table and everything needed, plus a working fireplace.
The kitchen opens to a spacious and sunny terrace with a table to eat and deckchairs for sunbathing.
Complete the apartment two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and a 160cm by 125cm. and a room with a bunk bed (two beds so) and two bathrooms.
The room with the double bed 125 cm. has a bathroom and is near one side of the apartment, while the bedroom with 160, is on the other side and is close to the one with a bunk bed and shares this with the second bathroom.
There are two parking spaces on private land adjacent to the house.
