New modern luxury 3-bedroom private house at the heart of Nimman district, 10 mins from the airport, the best location to stay in Chiang Mai. The house is newly renovated and decorated by one of the most renowned architect in Thailand. Unique features include indoor garden, cozy common space, warm wooden furniture with pantry corner. Three full function stylish bedrooms with private bathrooms with full hotel amenities, air cleaners and smart TV. The house is powered by sustainable solar energy.

The space
The house is a 2.5-story town house with 3 bedrooms all with private bathroom. The first floor hosts a cozy common space equipped with cozy sofa and coffee table, great for get together activities. The living space also offers pantry corner and a compact dining table set. The backyard space presents relaxing semi-indoor garden. Main bedroom on the first floor offers two single beds will full hotel amenities and private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms locate on the second floor both with queen size beds and private bathroom. Our signature bedroom offers living space and upper deck bed, great fun for kids and teenagers. All bedrooms are equipped with air cleaners, smart TVs and usual hotel amenities.
