This Modern Luxury Casita in the private/gated Encanto community is the upscale and relaxing destination you’ve been looking for. Enjoy red rock mountain views and quick access to Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, Black Desert Resort, and downtown St. George.
The Casita features a private entrance and double door separating it from the primary residence, a private patio, and high-end finishings throughout. The community amenities include a beautiful pool, hot tub, gym, and pickleball courts.
The space
Completely private and separate entrance. The space includes a king-size bed, luxury bathtub, large shower, washer and dryer, large closet, and dual sinks. A kitchenette features a refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee pot, and utensils.
A comfortable sitting area with a couch and coffee table as well as a table and chairs is also in the suite.
There is a desk that’s great for remote work, and another table that doubles as an eating area or additional work area.
Outside you’ll find a private patio with two chairs and a small fire pit. A propane BBQ grill is also available to cook meals outside.
This casita is attached to a larger home that may also be rented. If you're looking for a larger space you can find that listing on my profile as well.

One parking space is available in the driveway (please use left side), there are additional parking spots across from the home.
A door code will be provided prior to check-in.
