Welcome to our peaceful oasis in the sought-after Whitehawk community. Our spacious, bright & airy 3bed/2.5bath home offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest. In addition to large living/dining rooms, the star of the show is the tranquil & secluded backyard, complete with large pool, spa & lush landscaping. Our home offers quiet serenity mixed with modern amenities, providing you the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Feel like a local while enjoying the best that Palm Desert has to offer!

The space
Designed to evoke the ultimate in relaxation and serenity, this spacious and airy 3-bedroom home is located in a prime, gated Palm Desert community. Our relaxing oasis features a large outdoor space complete with pool and spa, chaise lounges overlooking the mountains, comfortable living and dining room furniture, and tons of open living space to enjoy and unwind in.

Tastefully decorated with Hawaii's Peggy Hopper artwork, our property comes furnished with all the comforts of home, along with updated appliances & features that make your stay comfortable and convenient. The bright and airy living room contains a large comfy couch, fireplace, a flat screen TV, and several soft turquoise hues that make it the ultimate destination to relax in. The entire living room area overlooks the lush landscaping of our large backyard, instantly offering you a sense of peace and tranquility from the moment you step inside.

The living room opens out to the spacious dining and kitchen areas, which contain a smaller bistro table, along with a full 6-person dining room set that’s ideal for dinner parties. The chef's kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cooking tools & utensils, and tons of counter-top space for you to create that perfect meal. The entire kitchen area has glass doors that open out to the backyard, offering easy access to either indoor or outdoor dining options. Once outdoors, you'll get to enjoy our covered outdoor patio area, perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.

Our three bedrooms are equipped with comfy, cushy mattresses for you to enjoy. The beds are outfitted with high thread-count sheets, to give you that perfect night’s sleep. The primary bedroom contains a plush King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed soaking tub surrounded by gorgeous trellises.

The 2nd bedroom features a generous King-size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of room to stretch out in, and tons of natural light coming from the many windows surrounding our property.

The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show at this property, offering privacy and stunning views of the mountains in either direction. Several comfy chaise lounges & chairs, twinkling fairy lights, a large dining room table and plenty of additional seating allow you to relax and re-energize under the stars. For warmer months, we have misters that keep you cool from the desert heat. The backyard also features a large BBQ grill for that perfect outdoor meal overlooking the sunset over the mountains.

Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary Wifi throughout the house, SmartTVs equipped with cable, on-site washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, two car garage parking, and complimentary toiletries in every bathroom.
