This cottage features a beautiful stone fireplace and a large wrap around covered porch. The spectacular hiking and mountain biking trails are minutes away. The town grocery is 4 minutes away. Skiing is 35 minutes for Nordic ( Mt Van Hoevenberg and Cascade ) or 45 min for downhill ( Whiteface). Lake Placid is 35 min away with its wonderful Olympic center+skating Come relax in this comfortable, cozy and ideally located cottage. Dog friendly. Only a 7 min drive from exit 31 on the Northway/87 !
