Cas Marino is a traditional fisherman's cottage in Port d'Andratx old town. Originally built in 1910, it was completely renovated in 2018 in a Mediterranean style. Our guests can experience traditional Mallorcan life, while also enjoying modern comforts.

The house is in a quiet street very close to the harbour, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Live without haste, enjoy healthy food, sail to virgin beaches, and take a walk at night among the many small shops of the port.

The space
From the front door, you enter the ground floor into the living room. Here there is an L-shape sofa, arm chair, smart TV, and wood burning stove.

From the living room you access the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and coffee maker. There is a dining table for 4 people.

Adjoining the kitchen is the downstairs bathroom. This is a full bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The stairs adjoining the living room lead to the 1st floor. The first bedroom is the dual-aspect master bedroom, with a superking size bed (180x200cm), large wardrobe, mirror, and make-up stool.

The corridor leads to the second bathroom. This is a full bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. From the same corridor you will find the second bedroom. This is a smaller bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm), bedside table and single wardrobe.

Both of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. In the winter these can be used in heat mode, and we also provide electric radiators.

From the 1st floor a door leads outside to the lower terrace. The terrace has an outdoor dining table and chairs for 4 people. There are ladder steps from this terrace to the upper terrace/sun deck. The upper terrace has views over the town to the mountains, as well outdoor furniture and table.

You will have the entire property to yourself.

Other things to note
The house has hot and cold air conditioning in each bedroom and also the living room. In the winter months, we place electric oil-filled radiators in the bedrooms for additional heat.

Free parking is available on the street outside the house. There is also free parking on other streets close by and in two public car parks. More information is included in the information pack sent before arrival.

The house is located in the old town, only a 1 minute walk from the seafront. Here you will find a great selection of local restaurants, bars, cafes, and boutique shops.

Port d'Andratx is set around a beautiful harbour and is famous for its spectacular sunsets, relaxed atmosphere, top-class restaurants, fresh local fish and historic old town.

Cas Marino is in a quiet street in the heart the old town, close to the pedestrian area of the village where fishermen once lived.

At the bottom of the street, you will find a large variety of restaurants of high quality and good prices, as well as fashion shops and traditional Mallorcan bakeries. If you prefer to eat at home, you will find two supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. Don't miss the opportunity of buying fresh fish and seafood directly at the port fish market, where the fishing boats bring local fish daily.

If you like the sea, you'll find plenty of options for renting a small boat in Port d'Andratx, where you can discover the beautiful and unspoiled coastline or South West Mallorca.

Mallorca is famous for its beaches and here you will find some of the best - Sant Elm, Cala Blanca, Cala Llamp, Es Camp de Mar, and Cala Fornells are just some of the spectacular beaches a short drive away.
