A totally private B&B. Tastefully decorated, efficient use of space, a comfortable safe haven, the beginning of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Friendly, helpful hosts and lots of little extras to make your stay special.
WE RECOMMEND shopping for travel insurance.

Make us your home away from home while you enjoy the many delights the Cape has to offer. Crosswinds is a small, family owned B&B. When you call us, you talk directly with the people who fell in love with this location on Ft. Hill and work diligently to preserve its charming character and natural beauty. We love sharing it with travelers who appreciate the difference between staying in a motel and experiencing the unique and special attention one gets in a B&B.
Our rooms are decorated to make you feel like you’re visiting family or friends instead of motel-motif. Because our Studio and Cottage both offer private entrances, bathrooms, outdoor relaxation areas, and the convenience of a kitchenette stocked with breakfast choices, we combine the intimacy of a B&B and the privacy of a motel. We look forward to meeting you and gladly assist you with information and recommendations about the area, if desired.
Tastefully decorated studio on beautifully landscaped compound.
Private entrance and bath.
Comfortable queen-size bed in spacious room with futon sitting area and kitchenette stocked with breakfast foods.
HD TV with premium movie channels.
Outdoor sitting area with tree swing, picnic table and gas grill.
We're 1 1/2 miles north of the Orleans rotary in Eastham, approximately 2 miles from ocean and bay beaches, 1 mile from bike trail and only 3/10 mile from the Fort Hill lookout and nature trails in the National Seashore.
Guest suites are totally private with access to outdoor yard areas and parking.
Interaction with Guests
We orient guests to what is available in their suite to assure their comfort and enjoyment, provide general information about the area, answer specific questions and make suggestions. Then, we're available as needed, but do not intrude.
Our neighborhood is rural, historic and scenic; the beginning of the National Seashore.
There is a Flex Bus available, but we recommend having your own transportation.
Other Things to Note
Many people find the convenient location on the corner of Route 6 and Governor Prence Road and the spacious, landscaped grounds enjoyable, however, if you are looking for a totally quiet experience in the months of July or August, the rooms are quiet, but there is road noise during the daytime outside. That said, you are only steps away from protected marshland and the beginning of the National Seashore.
Please observe the no pets/no smoking rules.
What a wonderful studio! We are very happy with the place - accurately described, clean, well furnished and great selection of breakfast food. We came during snow storms, but Ron and Andrea had everything plowed and gave us updates via email prior to arriving. Overall it was a great place and I would stay again when visiting the Cape!
It was an amazing stay and we thank both Ron and Andrea for their hospitality. The warmth in their home made us feel home away from home! Will definitely be back!
What a nice couple. My self and my girls loved staying at this Airbnb in Eastham Ma. When we arrived late on Friday , Andrea and Ron greeted us with such open friendliness. So nice. The studio was stocked with many nice treats , eggs, juice , coffee etc. Yummy.
It is central to the lower cape - P Town, Harwich, National Seashore- where we saw Seals. So much fun.
Ron has a boat at the end of the driveway lite up with Blue Lights. Ron, this really helped with finding your driveway late a night. What a great idea.
Again , a wonderful stay . My first Air stay and loved it. I would recommend this to anyone liking the Natural Wonders of Cape Cod.
Our stay at the studio was lovely, both for location and amenities provided by Andrea and Ron. They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The studio's comfortable and well-equipped and was so nice to come home to after our full days of being out in the trails and beaches of that beautiful area. It's my favorite location on the Cape.
Andrea was very generous with the varied breakfast foods they offer and made special effort to comply with a few dietary restrictions. (The special breads were yummy!)
We'll definitely stay here the next Cape Cod trip.

Our stay at Crosswinds was a very short one (just 2 nights) but it really made us want to come again ! Andrea was very thorough in her welcome... we knew in minutes all about the nice things (places, restaurants, etc...) we could do during our stay ! The room was very cosy for a party of 3 (Nice tv and kitchenette also) ! Andrea had prepared a delicious 'egg bread' for us for breakfast ... that was so nice ! Thank you ! We also met Ron, a very nice and chatty man... although we didn't chat for long, we could feel that they both genuinely cared for their guests ! The Cape is a magical place for beaches, trails, etc... and the little towns on the way are very quaint (Provincetown is a must if you like to shop !).
So a big thank you to Andrea and Ron for their little haven in Eastham and their warm welcome and looking forward to meeting you again someday... who knows ?
Olivier, Pascale and Jean-François from France !
Great room in a beautiful part of Cape cod. Ron and Andrea are very friendly and helpful. We couldn't of asked for more.
Small tip for would be travellers by bus. Crosswinds is just before Eastham town hall. Ask the bus driver to stop there as they will.

Ever had a place that just seemed like magic to you? Well, Cape Cod is that place for us, and we are here to stay! Opening Crosswinds B&B is our way of sharing the fun with interesting people from all over the world. We have had a varied background before settling in Eastham. Ron is a carpenter, equity actor and musician who enjoys world travel and taking relaxing rides on his motorcycle around the Cape. Andrea has worked as an elementary school secretary and has experience in the home health business and investment banking. She can frequently be found tending the gardens, capturing photos, perusing the many local antique and thrift shops and writing her monthly blog, 'Life at a Cape Cod B&B'. We are both avid Red Sox and Patriot fans. We look forward to meeting you!
