Make us your home away from home while you enjoy the many delights the Cape has to offer. Crosswinds is a small, family owned B&B. When you call us, you talk directly with the people who fell in love with this location on Ft. Hill and work diligently to preserve its charming character and natural beauty. We love sharing it with travelers who appreciate the difference between staying in a motel and experiencing the unique and special attention one gets in a B&B.

Our rooms are decorated to make you feel like you’re visiting family or friends instead of motel-motif. Because our Studio and Cottage both offer private entrances, bathrooms, outdoor relaxation areas, and the convenience of a kitchenette stocked with breakfast choices, we combine the intimacy of a B&B and the privacy of a motel. We look forward to meeting you and gladly assist you with information and recommendations about the area, if desired.

  • My husband and I just wanted to get our ocean fix and despite wind, rain and three overcast days: we had a blast. We hadn't been away together in a while and so we kept to ourselves, but Ron and Andrea were so SO helpful, had a fridge stocked for us with yogurt, milk and eggs, some fresh beach plum jelly and homemade egg bread (so delicious)--it was great. A very sweet space just right for the kind of get-away we were looking for (wonderful multi-beach adventures without tons of people around). Two surprising things that were helpful: two M-L sized raincoats and a detailed map of the Cape we took everywhere. Absolutely recommend!

  • We had a fantastic trip to Cape Cod and loved staying at Ron and Andrea's B&B. It had a perfect location near the center of the Cape and its close to the shore. The studio apartment itself was extremely comfortable, clean, and large. A highlight was the breakfast food they left for us in the fridge so we could eat whatever we wanted when we wanted. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again! Thanks Ron and Andrea for everything

  • What a wonderful find this was. Ron and Andrea are wonderful hosts and were very flexible with our arrival time which we really appreciated. I would recommend to all. Room is as lovely as it looks, refrigerator fully stocked and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Location was great to get all the places we had planned to visit and the room had many books and leaflets to help with planning trips. We will return for sure and recommend to all our friends.

  • Andrea and Ron went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We are allergic to dairy and gluten and they managed to track down some gluten-free english muffins, cereal and soy milk for us! The place was very cozy and was centrally located to all the attractions on the outer cape.

  • The studio is cozy and comfortable. Ron and Andrea have been so thoughtful and attentive to detail in creating a very comfortable and helpful retreat space. Fridge is stocked, fresh baked bread, and lots of literature and local lore to guide your stay in the cape. Great location to access the beaches and other points of interest. Ron and Andrea were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. What a stay with great hosts!

  • We stayed at the Crosswind Studio during the Wellfleet Oyster Fest weekend and it turned out to be perfect. The studio was clean, cozy and full of character and well appointed with fresh bread and treats for breakfast. Would come again!

    October 2013
  • If it wasn't obvious from the all the reviews, Ron & Andrea were truly lovely hosts! The studio was impeccably clean, full of character, and as the others mentioned, the kitchenette was stocked with yummy breakfast delights. We loved how close the place was to the Cape Cod Rail Trail so we could go biking and Ron & Andrea have a slew of other local recommendations. Our stay at the Crosswinds couldn't have been better.

  • Ron&Andrea were great hosts. After our arrival they showed us the cute studio. You have everything what you need. A comfortable bed, a bathroom, and a well sorted refrigerator with everything what you need for a good breakfast. For dinner they have menus of recommended restaurants nearby and also maps and hiking trial tours in the region of Cape Cod. Thank you very much for the great stay in your studio!

  • Ron and Andrea were wonderful hosts. Their place is very clean and pleasant and the refrigerator was extremely well stocked so we were able to eat a very hearty breakfast each morning..They showed us how to work the A/C and set the TV to auto-tune the programs we like to watch. I have already recommended them to friends We hope to visit their B & B again.

Ever had a place that just seemed like magic to you? Well, Cape Cod is that place for us, and we are here to stay! Opening Crosswinds B&B is our way of sharing the fun with interesting people from all over the world. We have had a varied background before settling in Eastham. Ron is a carpenter, equity actor and musician who enjoys world travel and taking relaxing rides on his motorcycle around the Cape. Andrea has worked as an elementary school secretary and has experience in the home health business and investment banking. She can frequently be found tending the gardens, capturing photos, perusing the many local antique and thrift shops and writing her monthly blog, 'Life at a Cape Cod B&B'. We are both avid Red Sox and Patriot fans. We look forward to meeting you!
