It’s the perfect mix of country serenity and city convenience — just 15 minutes to Costco, restaurants, and shopping!

Please note:
The event barn, bridge/arbor area, and wedding lawn are not included with this rental.
If you’d like to use the barn for a rehearsal dinner, celebration, or private event, it can be rented separately for $2,500 for a 4-hour block (weddings not included).
Guest policy:
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
• Approved daytime visitors: $25/person resort fee (ages 2+)
• Unapproved daytime visitors: $50/person/day
• Unapproved overnight guests: $100/person/night
We’re happy to consider requests for extra overnight guests — just reach out before your stay, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Other things to note
By renting out this Airbnb, you are agreeing to the swimming pool waiver release noted in the photos. You will receive the pool closed. If you choose to open it, that is your decision and you are accepting full responsibility.
This is a big estate to maintain so you may see staff mowing, weeding, keeping your pool and hot tub clean! We will let you know if they are on site but they will be as unobtrusive as possible as they keep things lovely for you!
Even when entire property is rented, the main floor of barn is not included and it is possible that someone might be briefly on site for a viewing of barn and outlying wedding areas. They will not be in your space at all and staff will give you a heads up beforehand.
You will not usually see other guests on site due to how the house is situated. It feels pretty private and is quite the retreat!
