Our guests will be welcomed to a freshly renovated home that is walking distance to shops, Restaurants, groceries and the Metra train station that will get you downtown to Chicago! All beds/bedding are brand new! All new hardwood floors, new kitchen, brand new appliances, new towels, etc. Come stay in our fully appointed guest house! Grill, fire pit, outdoor seating included. Mid-century home with all the modern necessities. We kept the pink vintage bathroom!

Master has a brand new king size bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a twin daybed. Master has a TV! Living room seats 6 comfortably!

We are a family of 5 who purchased this home in June of 2021 as a guest home for family that visits us. It was fun to be the designer and have it renovated and furnished! (It felt very HGtV- i know that’s cheesy but it’s true!). We made this into a place that our family and Airbnb guests would feel comfortable! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
