Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.

Mountain and desert views

Soak up the views during your stay.
Imagine dark star filled nights with breathtaking sunrise & sunsets . Come to the quieter side of Zion where you can escape the crowds & sleep under the stars in a tent on the border of Utah & Arizona (locals call it Uzona).

Our glampground accommodates groups or you can rent one of the dwellings: glamp tent, tiny home, and writers nook.

Our Glamp tent is conveniently located near the bathhouse with an outdoor shower and bathrooms. We also have two fully equipped kitchens and a hot tub!

The space
COMMUNAL SPACES
When you arrive you will notice there are a number of different options to stay at. Please be respectful that this is a shared space. All of our spaces other than your sleeping dwelling are community spaces. We have an outdoor kitchen, bathhouse with a sink and kitchen, community hammock area and picnic tables. We also have fire rings. Please be aware that these are shared spaces so make sure everyone feels welcome.

FIRE
WE DO NOT ALLOW WOOD FIRES IN BAN MONTHS (July and August) If you are not staying up to see the fire completely go out, please stop adding wood. Do not ever leave any fire hot. Douse all coals with water as we have sudden winds. If you use a gas firepit please chip in for gas firepits.

PETS
Please keep your pet on a leash and be aware of how others feel about pets in the area. Also no pets on beds. If we have to wash things because of a lot of dog hair we will charge an additional laundry fee for washing pillows. And please make sure to add the pet to your rental so we can charge the pet fee for clean up.

Guest access
guests have access to everything on the property including outdoor shower, bathrooms, kitchens, and hot tub for a 5$ fee.

Other things to note
We love community! Please contribute to the good vibes by inviting others to join you around the fire, to join in the hot tub or have a meal together.

We are at an important junction in history (and at our campground) where how we relate and connect with one another will help determine our future. Let’s show the world that we all understand kindness and connection.

Neighborhood highlights

This is a rural neighborhood across the street from a 600 acre ranch and public lands. There are cows, horses, roosters and dogs in the area, so expect some noise. Also the property is on a main road that goes to Coral Pink Sand Dunes. This means it's quiet at night but you will hear and see cars throughout the day.

We are close to Bee's Market that has everything (4 miles) and Edge of the World Brewpub.

We are friendly with all of the neighbors, so feel free to wave hello if you see them. Expect to see folks on horses trotting by. Also ATVs will pass by and enter the ranch across the street.

We have little to no crime in this area, but please leave valuables locked in car when you leave for the day if you are in tent. When in trailer or little shed house, you should be ok with leaving stuff for the day if you lock. We have never had anyone enter our property who wasn't invited.

Please note: If you have a dog we ask that you leash it if there are others on the property. Also, please pay the $20 dog fee through airbnb.
