Set in the heart of Chalet Village, our cabin is surrounded by nature in a private, serene environment. While we do have neighbors (lots are ~⅓ acre), it’s quiet and peaceful — please respect our community, and everyone will have a great time!

Your stay includes access to three Chalet Village pools and clubhouses (open Memorial Day to Labor Day):

South Baden Pool (1 mi) – Heated, Closed Tuesdays

North Pool (3 mi) – Heated, Closed Wednesdays

Alpine Pool (1.5 mi) – Not Heated, Closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Pool Hours: 9am–9pm daily (when open)

⚠️ Important Considerations

• Max 3 Cars – Steep driveway (typical for the area); AWD recommended for mountain driving
• Wildlife Alert: Bears and other critters are common — please follow bear safety guidelines
• No Refunds for weather, power outages, or other uncontrollable events – Trip insurance is strongly recommended
• Over-Occupancy Not Allowed: If you bring more guests than listed on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund
• Start-Up Supplies Provided Only – Please bring additional essentials (coffee, paper towels, etc.) as needed
• Please use only what you need and treat our home with the same care you’d expect in yours

Bear sightings are a normal occurrence in this neighborhood! The BEST Mountain experience Gatlinburg has to offer, in our opinion of course!
