Welcome to the perfectly located West Town condo/flat. Situated between Chicago’s West Loop & Wicker Park neighborhoods, you’ll be a stones throw from the hottest restaurants, endless coffee shops, both bougie and dive bars, United Center, and of course…pizza! Our first floor, private entrance condo is on a quiet one way street, with access to deck and garage parking. Perfect for a family or friends get-away, with versatile space and sleeping arrangements to accommodate all your needs.

The space
Our first floor, single floor layout allows for ample space to live and stay. Full kitchen with all the essentials and more. Dining table that seats 6+. Stacked water and drying in unit and available to guests. Second bedroom offers full sized day bed with optional pull out twin trundle.

Guest access
Our condo is located in a two unit brick building. All spaces within our unit are private. There is a dedicated deck that does share a stairway with our upstairs neighbor. Small paved outdoor space is also shared. Garage space is dedicated.

Other things to note
- The garage space can accommodate all sedans and most all small to medium SUV’s. Large trucks or SUV’s will unfortunately not fit. We can offer street parking passes in these instances.

- This property does not allow and has opted out of allowing AirBnB experiences and services such as in-home chef, in-home massage, personal trainers, etc.

- If personal items are left behind, we'll gladly ship those back to you for the cost of shipping plus a $20 convenience fee.
