Spend days and nights in this tastefully decorated 1st floor studio beach condo that has a queen size bed along with a pull out sofa bed. Spend the day at the beach or enjoy the many amenities the resort has to offer from the spacious pool, hot tub, gym, or sauna. Have a BBQ on the pavilion with your favorite drink and see amazing sunsets. The memories that you’ll create are priceless! Life is short, enjoy every moment. See you soon in paradise!

The space
This spacious 1st floor studio comes with linens, a fully equipped kitchen. It also has Wifi, and a Smart TV providing all the comforts of home. Enjoy ocean breeze on the private balcony.

Padre Island Beach is only a 2 - 5 minute walk filled with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is rated the #2 beach in Texas with 70 miles of beaches, dunes, and tidal flats. It’s actually the longest stretch of undeveloped barrier island in the world!

There are many local restaurants located within a short 2-5 minute drive.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed, and there will be a $500 cleaning fee for breaking this rule.

You will have full access to a heated pool, hot tub, 24 hour gym, sauna, outdoor pavilion with BBQ grills, coin washer/dryer, and even a car/boat wash area that you are more than welcomed to use during your stay at NO extra charge.
