- The Space
This luxury designed airconditioned 2 room/ 1 bedroom apartment is equipped with modern comfortable furniture and has a breathtaking view on the main square of Kiev- Independence Square . It is located on the 6th floor of a prestigious historic building with elevator, high ceilings and central heating. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people.This magnificent apartment consists of living room, open planned kitchen , a cozy bedroom with a nice balcony and a bathroom.
Beautifully designed living room includ a comfortable dark brown sofa with pillows , cute coffee table, air conditioner, a large flat- screen TV with satellite ( due to it there are numerous international and local channels) and free Wi-Fi.
Stylish lighting , fresco depicting paintings by Gauguin, its warm colors- all these things create at the apartment especially pleasant atmosphere.The bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress , 2 bedside tables , a spacious wardrobe , air conditioner and flat screen TV. The modern design of this room provides maximum comfort and light. This cozy bedroom has a lovely balcony with stunning view on Independence Square ( Maidan ) .
In the modern open planned kitchen there are everything for gourmet food preparation - fridge with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, gas stove, oven , kitchen utensils and cutlery.
Spacious bathroom consists of a bath tub , glass shower cubicle, big washbasin with large mirror and toilet . Because of the large window there is plenty of natural light.

You will have access to all amenities which you have in the apartment.
- Interaction with Guests
You rent entire apartment. Whole apartment is just for you. We will not disturbe you during your stay.
- The Neighborhood
It is the most central area in Kiev. Well known Independence Square (Maidan). Due to location the property is great choice for all types of travellers. There are many bars, restaurantes, shopping area "Globus". On the 1st floor of the building where the appartment is situated there are cafe "Coffee Time", restaurant Crimean-Tatar cuisine and sushi bar. With the help of subway you can easily reach other districts of Kiev. Subway station "Independence Square" is just few hundreds meters away. The subway station "Khreshchatik" also is near. All tourist attractions are around.
- Getting around
The apartment is situated really convenient- very close to subway station "Independence square" (Maidan). The entrance to the building is through cafe "Coffee Time". You can see it using a tab Street View.
- Other Things to Note
Smoking in the apartment is allowed. In the apartment there is a nice balcony. And we will be very gratefull if our smoking guests smoke there.

I had a great stay in Viktor's apartment. It had everything I needed and everything worked well, no problems at all. A charming apartment, well appointed right in the heart and I mean the heart of Kiev! There is a nice coffee shop downstairs and every shop or restaurant you could ever want within close walking distance.

The flat fully corresponds to the description. Well situated in the very centre of Kiev. The best view from the balcony.
The flat was tied very good when we arrived.
Сoffee house is on the ground floor, together with other many cafes.
