The space
This fully equipped guesthouse was rebuilt in 2021 to offer full modern comfort and great design.

It is decorated with modern, vintage and antique elements, and with beautiful contemporary art.

The place is perfect for two adults. We love children, but find our house not suited for them.

In high season, you're part of the vibrant real Italy as local Italians live it. From September to June, you're the king of your own beach.

There is no wifi as such, but the 4G-connection is very strong. (Up to 90 Mbps.)

There is only airco in the living area on the upper level. In the sleeping area, there is a ventilator.

Guest access
You'll sleep on the lower level. The living area is on the first floor, with spectacular views over the beach and the Ionian sea. There is a small but cute bathroom, and an extra shower outside.

Other things to note
San Pietro in Bevagna is the real Italian deal. You'll only hear Italian. It was built as a cluster of summer getaways for local people. In high summer, it's a wonderfully vibrant place. There are bars and restaurants and shops and lots of people. Outside of summer, it is desolate. You'll be the king of your beach.
