This superb apartment is situated at a stone's throw from the beach in Mariakerke. It is perfectly fitted for family getaways, a long weekend amongst friends and even a workation.
Everything is there to enjoy your holiday at the fullest. The quiet location is perfect for someone who seeks some rest and yet it is close to the city center (15 min walk or 5 min by tramway) should you want to go on a shopping spree.

The space
The holiday apartment is situated on the 4th Floor and consists of a spacious, modern living room with warm parquet floor and side sea views, a nice and cosy dining area and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen.
Furthermore, there is a modern, luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and two spacious bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for three persons) of which one has a small terrace.

ATTENTION
The area around the flat is under development. So at the back of the flat you have a view of the new buildings under construction. During the week you will have at most some noise from the works. The works are stopped during most holidays and public holidays.

Mariakerke is a suburb of Ostende, a more quiet area than the city centre. The dike and the beach are the biggest advantages, perfect for a nice evening stroll. What setting can be more perfect than the beach and the sea? Close to the apartment you can find some very nice restaurants and bars, a supermarket is just around the corner as well as a bakery. The city centre of Ostend can be reached on foot (15 min walk) or by tramway (5 min). In the area there are plenty of car parking possibilities, not free of charge.
