The apartment is located in Northern Treaty Lofts, a renovated 110 year old munitions factory-turned residential building. Hotspots like Suraya, W.M. Mulherin's, and The Fillmore are all within walking distance and Fishtown's EL train provides quick access to center city, south Philly and easy transfers to the Broad St. Line.

The space
Great care was taken to maintain the building's historical details and it shows! Enjoy unique details like exposed steel beams, brick walls in the hallways, and original refinished wood floors in all the lofted spaces.
