Welcome to my St Kilda 1 Bedroom Apartment

Look a 1 bedroom apartment for the price of a studio.

The apartment is suitable for 2 but bedding can be arranged to sleep 4 guests. The bedroom has option of king size bed or 2 single beds. The lounge room has a sofa that can be folded into a double bed.
There is reverse cycle heater & Air conditioner.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes a Large 42" TV on wall with Foxtel cable TV, DVD player and HiFi system.
Communal laundry and parking is included.
WiFi Internet is now available with unlimited data.

The neighborhood

St Kilda is one of Melbourne’s most famous suburbs. There is the Sunday art and craft market next to Luna Park. St Kilda beach pier provides panoramic views of the Melbourne skyline and is a popular destination. The apartment is also near beautiful Albert Park Lake location of the Gran Prix. You can stroll to fabulous shops, restaurants and cafés.

Getting around

The Apartment is in a sensational location near Fitzroy and Acland Streets and beach.
The CBD is only 15-20 minutes away by public transport.
The Airport shuttle bus is about 40 minutes to St Kilda and stops near the apartment.

2) Long Term Rates are negotiable for stays more than 3 months.

Great location, close to trams, without being too noisy and an easy walk down to Acland St for all the cafe and cakes. Alan met us promptly at the arranged times which made for a nice easy visit to St Kilda.

I have recently stayed in this apartment for 10 days and can't speak highly enough of this residence. The apartment was very clean and comfortable ('loved the bed') and the location was just perfect for me! It has a great walk in robe, providing plenty of space, plus an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and mop etc. I love going to buzzy Acland Street, which was only a 10 minute walk away, and St Kilda Road was very close by, for public transport into the city etc. A small dishwasher, reverse cycle air conditioning. a fold out couch in the lounge room and a nicely sized balcony to sit out on, were just a few of the things which enhanced my stay. It also had access to a laundry downstairs (containing 2 washing machines and 2 dryers), 1 off-street parking space plus a parking permit for street parking; excellent! The apartment was surprisingly quiet, being right at the front of a fairly large block, and other residents I came in contact with were all very pleasant. Alan was great, very friendly and personable - and I certainly look forward to contacting him again in the future, when I return to Melbourne and require accommodation that not only meets all my needs, but is also reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in the wonderful suburb of St Kilda! Enjoy!

Alan, he is very kind and humble host. I think he is the most valuable piece of this accommodation. The location, transportation was good enough to whom plan to enjoy city of Melbourne and the beautiful St. Kilda beach. I also like the Albert Lake Park very near to the apartment. However, one thing I should comment is the sofa. It might be replaced or at least cleaned to maintain the whole value of this apartment. St. Kilda is not a cheap place to stay, but it is worth visiting for who want to enjoy their summer vacation.
