Entire home is yours for your private comfort. Please note this is a duplex. You have a private entrance, driveway parking for 2 cars, and additional street parking. A key code for convenience of going in and out.
Other things to note
•Early Check-In: Early check-ins must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. In advance would be at least two days before check-in. Same day requests will be much harder to accommodate. We’ll do our best to accommodate if the home is ready.
Note: If requesting to check-in more than 2-hours in advance a fee will apply based on how early you need.
•Late Check-Out: Late check-outs must be requested no later than the day prior to departure. If approved, a late check-out fee will apply and must be paid at the time of approval.
11AM Check-Out: $25
12PM Check-Out: $50
After 12PM, but before 4pm: 1/2 daily rate.
After 4pm: Full nightly rate.
Guest Nightly Fee:
Rates are based on up to four guests. For groups larger than four, there’s a $25 nightly fee per additional guest.
House Rules:
Smoking and Vaping:
•Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, inside or outside.
•Vaping is allowed outside only.
•Please vape at a reasonable distance from doors and windows to prevent odors from drifting into the home.
•Guests who violate the no-smoking policy will be charged a cleaning fee and may have their reservation canceled without a refund.
•Any smoke odor inside the home will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Pets:
•Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed per reservation (medium size or smaller).
•If you are traveling with more than one dog or a dog that exceeds medium size, please inquire for approval before booking.
•Pet Fees: A $175 fee applies for one dog. A $225 fee applies for two dogs. (Service dogs are exempt.)
•Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
•Registered service dogs are exempt from pet fees, size restrictions, and, when necessary, furniture restrictions (if needed for their disability-related tasks), in accordance with ADA regulations.
•Pets, including service animals, must be leashed at all times when outside, including in the shared backyard.
•Dogs may not be left unattended in the unit unless crated.
•Dogs should not be left alone for more than 4–6 hours at a time.
•If your dog is crate-trained and accustomed to being crated for longer periods without excessive barking, accidents, or distress, please reach out to discuss possible approval to exceed the 6-hour guideline.
•Guests assume full responsibility and liability for their pets at all times during their stay.
•Emotional support animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals under Alaska law for short-term rentals and must comply with all pet policies and fees.
•Please do not bathe dogs in the tubs or showers.
•Guests must pick up all dog waste and dispose of it in a sealed bag in the outside trash can. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
•Additional cleaning fees may also apply if large amounts of dog hair are found on bedding or furniture.

•Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
•Please respect the neighbors and the guests staying in the adjoining unit.

Guest Policy:
•Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
•No additional overnight guests or visitors without prior approval.
•No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.
•Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund and may result in law enforcement being contacted.

General House Guidelines:
•No shoes inside the house, please.
•No fish processing inside or outside of the home.
•Please treat the home with care and leave it in tidy condition.
•Although not required, If you have diapers or strong-smelling food, we ask that you please take the trash out before departure.
•Please use the bathroom fan while showering and the kitchen exhaust fan while cooking.
•We provide stainless steel cookware. A scrub daddy sponge and cleaner are available under the sink if needed — please clean stuck-on food properly.
•Although not required, we ask that guests load and start the dishwasher before leaving and wash any pots and pans used.
•Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Do not flush feminine products, baby wipes, paper towels, or “flushable” wipes, as they will clog the plumbing.
•Please sign out of any personal streaming accounts, turn off the fireplace, and lock the door behind you when departing.
•Please notify us immediately if anything is broken, damaged, or leaking during your stay.
•Trash and Cleanliness: Guests who leave behind excessive trash, damaged luggage, abandoned bins, or large items may be charged an additional dump and disposal fee after checkout.
