Make this renovated 3BR/2BA retreat your Sedona-area home base. Vaulted ceilings, multiple lounge areas, TVs in every bedroom, a dedicated office, and a private desert-scaped backyard with a fire pit and BBQ grill create room to unwind. Enjoy mountain and valley views, easy parking, and optional access to the Cottonwood Ranch Club pool and hot tub.

The space
Step into a freshly outfitted, single-level retreat designed for easy downtime and effortless gatherings. Bright, airy living spaces with vaulted ceilings and multiple lounges give your group room to spread out, while TVs in every bedroom help everyone settle in.

The primary suite includes its own full bath, and two spacious guest rooms complete the sleeping areas. A dedicated work-from-home office with double doors offers a quiet place to focus, along with Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.

Cook and connect in the large kitchen, featuring a custom island with bar seating, a dining area overlooking the backyard, filtered water on tap, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Central air conditioning, heating, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a 75-inch HDTV with streaming services add everyday comfort.

Outside, enjoy the private, desert-scaped backyard, mountain and valley views, outdoor dining furniture, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit for relaxed evenings.

Guest access
You’ll have a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock for a smooth arrival. Parking is available in front of the garage and on the street.

The quiet neighborhood has sidewalks and a trail directly behind the house. The backyard is private but not fully fenced.

Other things to note
Optional access to the Cottonwood Ranch Club is available for $100 per stay for your entire group. The fee includes use of the heated pool from April 15 through October, a year-round hot tub, bocce ball court, and basketball court.

Present your reservation upon arrival for a brief orientation, sign waivers, and receive two key cards. Orientations are available Monday through Friday. Guests ages 14 and older may use the Club independently; younger guests must be accompanied by an adult. Club amenities and hours are managed by the Club.

A paid pack ’n play/travel crib is available upon request. Cleaning can be arranged during your stay, and luggage drop-off and long-term stays are welcome.
