Designed with a funky, mid-century modern aesthetic and a rustic cabin feel, this open-concept studio features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a lush garden filled with a large camellia rose and an Eastern Redbud tree, creating a colorful, ever-changing backdrop.
Inside, the comfortable queen bed is dressed in soft, high-quality bedding for a restful night’s sleep. A cozy leather couch provides the perfect spot to relax, whether you’re reading, unwinding, or watching TV. The television is mounted on a swivel, allowing you to enjoy it from both the bed and the couch.
A well-equipped kitchenette with an electric stovetop, oven, fridge, and essentials for light cooking makes meal prep simple. The open-concept bathing area features a vintage extra-long clawfoot tub with a hand shower, while the toilet is enclosed in a private water closet for added comfort. Beyond the studio, guests are welcome to explore the enclosed shared garden, accessible via a coded gate lock for added convenience and security. The garden features a chiminea for cozy evenings, as well as plenty of greenery for a peaceful escape.
The property is pet-friendly, and well-behaved pets are welcome as long as they are not left unattended in the garden. Two complimentary bicycles with helmets and a bike lock are also provided, making it easy to explore Savannah’s charming streets.
While this unit is part of a historic carriage house with an upstairs apartment, each space has its own separate entrance, and there are no shared interior areas, ensuring a private and peaceful stay.

✔ Parking Information – One free parking space is provided, but it is compact and best suited for mid-size SUVs or smaller. Larger vehicles must use free street parking nearby, taking note of street sweeping signs.
✔ Pet Policy – The property is pet-friendly, and pets are welcome to stay unattended inside the unit as long as they are well-behaved. However, pets cannot be left unattended in the garden. Savannah has leash laws, and all pet waste must be cleaned up immediately.
