Our standard cleaning fee covers routine turnover between guests. Our cleaner creates her schedule based on the number of guests and expected usage, and we greatly appreciate guests mindfulness and respect for their work.

If any excessive messes occur—such as food spills in the oven or on the stovetop, stains on rugs or the couch, or sand in the hot tub—we kindly ask our guests to either clean them before checkout or let us know in advance.

Oceanside is built upon a steep hillside that overlooks the ocean and offers stunning views of the Pacific. A small detour from the Three Capes Scenic Route will take you here. As you walk along the beach, you will discover a tunnel through one of the vertical sea cliffs leading to yet another beautiful beach to explore.
Three Arch Rocks is a rare site on the North Coast for pupping steller sea lions. It is also home to large breeding colonies of tufted puffins, common murres and bald eagles.
