“Boujee on the beach” is located on scenic Highway 30a in Seacrest between Destin (26 miles to the west) and Panama City Beach (17 miles to the east).
Mistral 17 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner unit condo with adorable bunk beds. This luxe condo has incredible sunrise views and break-taking panoramic views in both directions of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit comfortably sleeps six people and is perfect for vacationers who are wanting a more luxurious beach experience. On the top floor of the three-story building, the panoramic views from the living room and deck are absolutely breathtaking. You can see for miles in both directions. One car per unit.
Starting 10/20/25 the resort will be doing a balcony project, during this time there will be workers present on select balconies doing work during the hours of 8-5, the work at times can be noisy, also the parking lot will be affected at times as well, this unit is open in Oct and Nov for rentals as they will not be working on this balcony.
This unit has been updated from top to bottom with new ownership and all new furniture and furnishings.
The main level has a full over queen bunk bed with a twin sleeper chair. The hallway has adorable bunk beds with USB ports and bunk lighting.
The full bath on the main level has a stackable washer and dryer. And the spiral staircase to the second-level loft is so quaint and so fun.
The king bedroom upstairs is beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It has a private bathroom updated with a walk-in shower.
The beach is completely private to the Mistral building. You never have to worry about crowds on this private stretch of white sand.
Seacrest is located next to Alys Beach (1.3 miles) and Rosemary Beach. And very close to The Hub (formerly The Big Chill), (1.3 miles) and Seaside where you can enjoy shopping and their famous food trucks.
You can walk or bike to several beaches from the Mistral building plus enjoy countless nature trails and the famous dune lake nearby.
Seacrest Beach is one of the quietest of the 30A beach communities, as there are very few commercial developments in the area. This is great for vacationers looking for a peaceful beach vacation, away from the hustle, bustle, and crowds.
Even with the small-town feel, however, visitors can still enjoy nearby coastal conveniences. Restaurants, cafes, wine bars, beach rental shops, and The Big Chill are all within close proximity to Seacrest Beach.
Book a sandcastle building session, a private boho beach picnic, a bonfire on the beach, or kayaking at the nearby lake. Rent bicycles for your stay or just snuggle in with a book for your stay.
This unit is the perfect place to relax, to read, to work, to chill. Close attention has been paid to every detail including the designer wallpaper, the planked ceiling, the velvet sofa, Keurig and espresso machine, and luxury kitchen essentials.
This building has no elevator and this unit is on the third floor. There is a spiral staircase and steps down to the water. So don’t skip leg day this week at the gym. But the stunning panoramic view is absolutely worth the stairs! You won’t even notice.
You are 16 miles away from the Northwest Florida Beaches international airport (ECP), 17 miles from Panama City Beach, and 28 miles from Destin.
There is no better location in all of 30a and you’ll want to return to Boujee on The Beach every year.
To get to the beach simply walk down the stairs and follow the walkway to the private beach access for the building. There are showers and hoses located at the platform at the top of the steps to the beach. Also, the bike trail runs the entire 18-mile length of 30a and is conveniently located right in front of the Mistral Condominium building.
