The downstairs is double the size! It has another porch swing, adirondack chairs, a conversation space, as well as dining for 6! Don’t forget the awesome outdoor game sets for everyone to enjoy!

Our busy family of 5 lives full time in Frisco, TX. We loved Carlton Landing so much, we decided to share our community and home with others! We enjoy all things water…. the beach and lake life. Dreamin’ for Shore, near 30A on the Emerald Coast of Florida, is also a home we call ours! Both Lake Eufaula and The gulf coast of Florida are favorite places our family and friends enjoy making memories!
