Converted annex in the leafy Cardiff suburb of Llandaff, just 2 miles from city centre. A stone’s throw from local High Street with cafes & restaurants, local gastro pub The Heathcock & Llandaff Cathedral. Just a 10 min taxi/bus ride or a picturesque 40 min walk through Bute Park, takes you to the Principality Stadium, Cardiff Castle & Sophia Gardens. All of which are at the heart of the capital city. Ample, free on street parking available outside the property. Local train station is Fairwater

The space
A spacious ensuite studio apartment, a perfect base for exploring Cardiff and the surrounding area. The large space includes a double bed, three seater sofa, dining table for two and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a double sink, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. You will also find plates, bowls, cuttlery and glassware available. The modern ensuite bathroom, with underfloor heating includes a WC, sink, large illuminated mirror and marble style, standalone shower unit. Bedding and towels are also provided. Iron/ ironing board available on request.
