Please do not go down or upstairs to other units or or walk thru path thru the Victorian mansion walk way, use the public streets to access the park or the large parking lot ( they give permission for neighbors and guests to walk through it
Washer and dryer available only with 2 weeks advance notice ,this is our working laundry for 30 beds so there is not a 100% guarantee it will be available.
PARKING
There is RARE FREE STREET PARKING WITH NO TIME LIMIT There is usually plenty of it within 1 to 5 blocks away . But we make no guarentees. We are very lucky in this neighborhood as Savvanha is notorious for parking issues as are most tourist cities
We are also happy to offer our 6 units a covered walled locked luggage storage area under a set stairs up 5 steps by unit D it is a brown bin code 3333
On rainy days there will be moisture . We provide plastic large garbage bags
You will be possibly storing your luggage with other guests from our other units
This is a FREE complimentary rare courtesy for an Airbnb ( it’s easier for hotels as they have a lobby )
We as the owners and management are NOT responsible for your luggage and any damage and release all liability.

Victorians are known for sound traveling so you may occasionally hear a creak from a stair or other guests walking The heart pine floors have some playful specks of white paint ( artists used to live here )
You are in an urban area. Yet one of the quieter neighborhoods of Savvanha
however it is likely you will hear emergency
vehicles, foot and car traffic, construction, and adjacent neighbors.
If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise that comes with shared walls in a city environment, this may not be an ideal space for you

Savannah Bugs
Savannah is known for their bugs and the southern USA in general
We spend lots of money ( we have the receipts ) on pest control companies that come in monthly. but its impossible to kill them 100% 100% of the time.
It's very very rare that you will see a bug in your unit but we make no guarantee and do not give refunds . We have swatters and a brooms in our basement . ( we don t come over and kill bugs .) If they do get in the main reason is guests leaving the doors open ( pest management info )
