This memorable tiny house is anything but ordinary! Have you ever wanted to try living in a tiny house? This is your chance for an amazing experience with our cozy, comfortable tiny house that has just about EVERYTHING you need! The tiny house has a queen bed in the loft and 2 sleeper chairs downstairs. There is a full bathroom with full plumbing, too! Feel like staying in for dinner? We've got you covered! Full kitchen setup with a stove plate, microwave, and counter space to prep, enjoy!

The space
Not only is the tiny house nice and cozy, but it is situated on a large enclosed field providing private access to the field around the tiny house for badminton and volleyball along with yard games to keep the kids busy! There is also a firepit with wood for guest use in this field. The tiny house has everything you could need to stay from towels and bed linens/blankets to cooking equipment. Need local tips for local eats or healthcare? That's all provided in the guidebook left. Enjoy some relaxation or get your adventure on with surrounding trails!

Guest access
Guests have full and private access to the tiny house, driveway, and field. The tiny house has a picnic table, propane grill, and a firepit (with wood; outdoor chairs are located in the closet).

We have just recently added this tiny house to our location, so we ask that guests do not roam into the field that is behind the other tiny house as that is space for other guests. Please note that Check In is no earlier than 4pm so we can make sure the tiny house is cleaned and sanitized before we welcome you in, thank you!

**The tiny house measures 144 square feet plus a queen-sized bed loft with extended floor space in this loft**

There is a main house on the property as well where we live with our two Golden Retrievers, Max and Brody who would LOVE to meet you during your stay- but only at your request. Otherwise, you will not hear them or be bothered by them. :) We do not ever enter the tiny house area, driveway, or field unless given permission by guests so please be assured that your time in the tiny house will be uninterrupted and peaceful.

Please note that all graduation bookings are $399/night and all Family/Friend weekend bookings are $299/ night due to additional charges from cleaning service at these busy times and local hotels pricing a one bed hotel room out for $434-$729/ night.

Neighborhood highlights

The atmosphere of this neighborhood is very calming and relaxing as it is in the country setting. Guests have said that they slept better here than at their own homes due to the peaceful, quiet setting. The added bonus, however, is that we are located 5 minutes from the village and very close to all four colleges/universities so it is the best of both worlds!
