  • Fine apartment. Outside noise gets through the walls but we didn't find it disturbing. Clean and sufficient.

  • Great loft, clear, not far from the center especially when you have a bike and the metro station is like 1 minute from the house, 2 super markets one big that closes at 11 in the evening and one small near to the house, quite neighborhood although we were most of the time away.. kitchen full equipped and also internet access..

  • Andrea was very nice and helpful. The apartment is situated in the basement and therefore a bit moist. I would not recommend it to people with allergies, however it's perfectly fine for young travellers. The flat easily accomodates 4 people, the sofa turns in to a relatively comfortable king size double bed. It was very neat and clean, although there was a little problem with the drain system, causing little bugs to climb up the shower sink. According to Andrea it was just a temporary problem, caused by sewerage works, so there is probably no need to worry. The kitchen is indeed fully equipped and the place is very close to a supermarket and the next Metro Station. All in all, we would come back and can therefore recommend it !

  • We are a group of 3 friends. We couldn't ask for a better welcoming. Andrea's brother was the only positive thing in the entire experience. He picked us up at the central station and gave us a lot of helpful information about Milan. Less memorable are the cockroaches that we killed every day (4/5 day minimum). We took pictures but the owner could see personally by himself. Unfortunately they didn't stay only in the toilet, we saw them walking in the living room/kitchen, We had to sleep with our bags sealed, shoes on the windowsill and no food outdoors. Our memories from Milan are the stress of waking up and not knowing how many cockroaches would we find in the house. We are not demanding guests but hygiene is the minimum you can get.

  • The flat was sitated very close to a metro station. Andrea was very kind to give us a ride from the main station.
But the flat was not clean...and we couldn't open the window because the people who works in the garage can look insinde.
Should defnately change the shower curtain!

  • Great location only 20 minutes walk to central Milan/Wagner area with its tons of cafes, shops and restaurants. The area around the apartment itself is quiet with nice neighbourhood cafes and local bars.
Great little apartment with all the basics. Bit on the dark side as it's in the basement but nothing too bad.
Service from Andrea was perfect. Great host and very friendly.
