During your stay
We host with a light and unobtrusive hand. Your check-in instructions, WiFi, door code, and arrival notes arrive automatically two days before you check in — no phone tag, no front-desk line.

A short guide to the neighborhood arrives with your welcome message, so the first walk out the door is already familiar. We also provide a local guide in your suite.

If anything comes up during your stay — a maintenance question, a dinner recommendation, a piece of local advice, a text or an airbnb message is the fastest way to reach us.

Other things to note
Balconies are original New Orleans-style construction. Please be careful and treat the railings kindly.

Exterior security cameras cover the entry points of the building only — never inside suites, never on balconies.

Coffee, condiments, basic toiletries, dishwasher tabs, and paper goods are stocked. High chair and pack-n-play are available on request with advance notice.

Sound travels in a historic brick building. We supply ear plugs for light sleepers. Please be considerate of your fellow guests. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

Smoking: no indoor smoking of any kind. Smoking is permitted on your private balcony and at the outdoor dining and grilling area at the back of the building.

Hot Springs is a walking town. You do not necessarily need a car once you arrive. Free street parking is available out front on Prospect and it is also free to park in the lot across the street.

Neighborhood highlights

Location is everything here. You are staying in the most walkable corner of downtown Hot Springs — right where the Central Avenue commercial district meets the Quapaw and Prospect Historical Districts, where Colonial Revival and Craftsman architecture line the streets.

You are one block from Bathhouse Row and the entrance to Hot Springs National Park — the oldest federally protected land in the country, built around the forty-seven thermal springs that have drawn visitors for over two hundred years. Walk down the Grand Promenade to see the springs themselves, soak publicly at the Quapaw Bathhouse, step into the Buckstaff for the traditional bathhouse experience, or cross the street to the Superior Bathhouse Brewery, the only brewery in the country operating inside a national park, pouring beer and root beer brewed with thermal water.

The neighborhood’s story runs wider than the baths. One mile east, on Malvern Avenue, the Woodmen of the Union Building and the Pythian Bathhouse once anchored what was called “Black Broadway” — the corridor that made Hot Springs one of the Chitlin’ Circuit’s most important southern stops during segregation. Because the thermal waters were federally regulated, this was one of the few American resort towns where Black entertainers could perform, stay, and access the baths. That history is the soul of our five jazz suites.

Downtown is yours on foot: galleries, restaurants, the Gangster Museum of America, live music, art walks, and the trailheads up Hot Springs Mountain and West Mountain — These are all a short walk from your front door.
